Returns & Refunds

We understand that there may be circumstances in which you need to return an item. Any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may receive a refund or exchange the product, provided it meets one of the valid reasons listed below:

• Product arrived with tears or damage
• Wrong product received
• Incorrect size (within 3 DAYS)

Returns must be in unwashed, unaltered, and original condition. Returns will be accepted only if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt. The shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer unless the reason for the return is due to a fault on the company's part. If a customer accidentally orders the wrong size, returns/refunds must be requested within 3 WORKING DAYS from the purchase date and are subject to size availability. In this case, the customer will bear the shipping fee for returning the incorrect size.

Please note that colors displayed on the site may vary depending on the device used by the customer.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable.
