Returns & Refunds
We understand that there may be circumstances in which you need to return an item. Any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may receive a refund or exchange the product, following the valid reasons listed below:
- Product arrived with tears/damage.
- Wrong product received.
- Incorrect size (3 DAYS).
Returns should be in an unwashed, unaltered, and original condition. Returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt. The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer unless the reason for return is due to a fault on the company's part. If a customer accidentally orders the wrong size, Returns/Refunds must be requested within 3 WORKING DAYS from the PURCHASE DATE and are subject to the availability of sizes. The customer will bear the shipping fee if they accidentally ordered the wrong size and request a return.

However, customers are advised to notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting the order number and product details.
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable.
